14 Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Mactackle.com, and we aim to always povide top quality at outstandingly low prices. Therefore every time you make an order, we will give you a 14 day money back guarantee. If its not what you want, we will exchange or refund as long as the item is unused and in its undamaged original packaging. Note some products may be excluded from the money back guarantee.

Defective items
In the unlikely event you should receive a defective product, simply email us within 14 days to obtain a returns authorization number.

Non-defective merchandise
Non-defective refunds are not allowed, but you may return the item in exchange for a store credit voucher and/or item of the same or lesser value within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Mactackle. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Sample items are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will not receive an exchange or credit. You will be notified with the option of having the original item shipped back to you. Return shipping costs will be charged.

Items With Guarantees Or Warranties
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. Most items carry a 12 month manufactuers guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Items Damaged During Shipment
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Services department within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by the Post or Courier Company, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
